Music - DePalma
Mrs. Sarah DePalma
Hello! My name is Mrs. DePalma and I have been teaching vocal music since 2009. I received my Bachelor of Music in Education and Master of Music in Education from SUNY Potsdam's Crane School of music in 2008 and 2011. I am an alumni of the Holland Patent Central School district (class of '04), and I taught there from 2009 to 2016. Whitesboro warmly welcomed me in the fall of 2016! Go Blue!
Here at Whitesboro High School I teach A'Cappella Chorus (non-auditioned mixed chorus), Chamber Choir (auditioned mixed chorus), Barbershop (tenor/bass auditioned ensemble), Sweet Adelines (treble auditioned ensemble), Music Theory I and II (odd years), and Dual-Credit Music Appreciation (even years).
Outside of school I love singing and performing, getting involved in Rome Capitol Theater's Summerstage musicals, singing with my family at local events, and performing with my Oneida County music colleagues.
My "door" is always open, so please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or needs!
