11th Grade - Distance Vision, Near Vision and Hearing
Note: All 11th graders and new- entrants will recieve near and distance vision screening. School vision screenings are not diagnostic; they indicate a possible issue that requires a more thorough evaluation by a health care provider.
A referral will be sent home from the Nurse's office if your child does not pass the screening. If your child does not receive a referral in the mail, then he/she has passed their vision screening.
